Hi! Well thanks for the vote of confidence:D Let me tell you guys, I never thought I could be a runner because I have loose and weak joints especially the ankles & knees but now that I have started slowly and do it every day I really do believe I can run (not speed walk or trot, actually RUN) this whole 5k! Today I did intervals for the first time using my trusty kitchen timer as a poor gals runners watch. I did 5 minutes of running & 3 minutes of walking alternating each all around Lake Merrit and finished in 40 minutes. I definitely feel like a real runner now :D See you Monday!
